The Australian Longitudinal Study on Male Health (Ten to Men) was established in 2011 to build the evidence base on male health to inform policy and program development. It is a national longitudinal study, funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, with a stratified multi-stage cluster random sample design and oversampling in rural and regional areas. Questions covered socio-demographics, health status, mental health and wellbeing, health behaviours, social determinants, and health knowledge and service use. This is a ‘Respondent’ dataset, which is provided to facilitate use of multiple waves of data. It contains basic demographic information, recruitment area and household identifiers (confidentialised), area level variables, and meta-data related to participation in each Wave of data collection. Those data do not appear in the Wave datasets.
